Style: West Coast Pilsner 

This is a very hoppy Pilsner that has a healthy level of bitterness. People will like it if they like IPAs and are looking for something a little lighter or lower ABV. 

Malt Profile: Superior Pilsen 

Hops: Simcoe, Idaho 7, and Citra on the hot side. Dry Hopped with Simcoe, Mosaic, and Citra

Yeast: 34/70 German Lager Yeast 

Flavor: Clean, light, and crisp due to the usage of exclusively Pilsner malt and 34/70 lager yeast. Hops combine to create classic west coast IPA flavors of pine resin, grapefruit, and pineapple.
