Style: Kolsch
An easy drinkin’ light beer that is more flavorful than Coors Light. Very approachable for people that don’t know what they like or aren’t big beer people.
Malt: Pure Idaho Pilsen, Two Row
Hops: Nugget, Cascade, Nelson Sauvin. No dry hop
Yeast: Dieter Kolsch Yeast
Flavor: Kolsch is the lightest style of ale; ours is no exception. Bready, biscuit quality from the malt is balanced by a slight hop bitterness, and fruity ester sweetness from the Dieter yeast. Overall, the Breakdown has a delicate flavor profile with some floral notes from the Cascade and Nelson Sauvin hops.
Style: Dry Hopped Cider
A dry, tart cider that is more complex than High and Dry. Despite the dry hop addition this product is not “hoppy” or bitter. People that enjoy white wine or dry ciders may enjoy Waggin’ Tails.
Hops: Cascade, Nelson Sauvin in Boil. Cascade and Nelson Sauvin dry hop
Yeast: EC-1118 Champagne yeast
Flavor: Crisp tart apple. Notes of apple skin, floral notes, green grape, and white wine from the Cascade and Nelson Sauvin hops
Waggin’ Tails | 6.0%
Forward Hoperation | 5.0%

Hops: Hallertau Mittelfruh
Yeast: Napoleon French Saison
